Returns Policy

At BlinkX, all products offered through our platform are fulfilled directly by our trusted manufacturing and distribution partners who follow our sustainability and human rights policies regarding diversity, and gender equality. Because we do not warehouse or stock items ourselves, no merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization from us and from the original manufacturer or distributor. Any item that is not approved by the manufacturer or distributor as returnable will not qualify for a refund.

To obtain return authorization and detailed shipping instructions, please contact us before sending anything back. Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund using the same payment method within ten (10) business days.


Unopened Merchandise

You may return any unopened and authorized product or accessory within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund.
All returns must be shipped using FedEx or UPS, the only carriers approved for our return process. Return labels must be purchased directly from FedEx or UPS.


Opened Merchandise

You may return an opened but unused product or accessory within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided it remains in its original packaging and is in fully salable condition.
Opened merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, cleaning, and repackaging.
Shipping must be done exclusively through FedEx or UPS, using a label purchased directly from either carrier.

Important:
Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been filled with gas or oil due to transportation regulations. Such products must be taken to an authorized service center for evaluation, which may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.


Cancelled Orders

An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you refuse delivery of an order that has already been shipped (and the refusal is not due to documented damage), you will be responsible for paying an Order Return Fee. This fee reflects the cost carriers charge to return shipped goods, and the amount varies depending on the specific product and destination.


Installed Items

Once an item has been installed, it becomes non-returnable.
Any damage or malfunction caused by improper installation is the responsibility of the customer or their installer. Warranty claims for installed products must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, who will determine whether the issue is covered under their warranty terms.


Damaged Products

You must carefully inspect all products before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If you sign the receipt without checking for damage, you assume responsibility for filing a freight claim and coordinating any necessary repair or return.

Concealed damages must be reported immediately.

Suspected Damage

If the outer box appears damaged but you are unsure about the product inside, mark the delivery receipt with “Possible Freight Damage” while the driver is present.

Obvious Damage

Do not sign for or accept visibly damaged products.
If your item arrives clearly damaged:

  1. Refuse delivery, and

  2. Contact us immediately so we can file the correct claim and arrange a replacement.


Defective Products

We recommend testing your product within fifteen (15) days of receiving it.
If you believe the product is defective, many issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely. We are available to assist, and you may also contact the manufacturer’s customer support team directly. Please have the model and serial number ready for faster service.


Competitor / Reseller Restrictions

Orders placed by competitors, resellers, or distributors are not eligible for return or refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect is being placed for competitive or non-consumer purposes.


Custom or Made-to-Order Equipment

Products that are custom-built, configured to specific customer requirements, or otherwise made-to-order are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled.
If a custom product is discovered to be defective, the issue will be handled exclusively through the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.
