Shipping Policy

At BlinkX, all products offered through our platform are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distribution partner. Shipping methods vary depending on the product, and the available options will always appear in your cart or at checkout before you complete your order.
Packages under 150 lbs typically ship via ground services, while heavier shipments—150 lbs and above—will ship via freight.


Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery

When your order arrives, and before using or installing any product, it is essential that you inspect it carefully.
Please check for:

  • Visible damage

  • Concealed damage

  • Missing parts

  • Broken components

If you notice anything unusual, you must contact us immediately. Prompt reporting allows us to take fast action and protect your eligibility for replacement or claims processing.


How to Handle Shipping Damage

Even with proper packaging, transportation can occasionally result in damage. If that happens:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage.

  2. Refuse delivery if the damage is obvious.

  3. Note the damage on the driver’s delivery receipt or bill of lading while they are still present.

If the damage is concealed and not visible at first glance, inspect the shipment thoroughly as soon as possible.
Please notify us within two (2) days of receiving the item so we can determine the appropriate next steps.


Receiving Large or Heavy Shipments

Heavy products and freight deliveries may require a lift-gate, proper access, or additional handling at the delivery location.
It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • The delivery site can accommodate a freight truck

  • The necessary equipment or personnel are available at the scheduled time

  • Someone is present to receive the shipment

Returns will not be accepted due to delivery failures caused by lack of required equipment or inability to receive the freight.


When Will My Order Ship?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping timelines vary depending on:

  • The specific products ordered

  • Their size and weight

  • Manufacturer processing times

  • Freight or carrier schedules

We always work to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

If you have a registered account, you can check your order status directly from your account dashboard.
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your shipment through the shipping confirmation email you will receive once the order has been dispatched.
